ESPN to eliminate positions as pandemic hits sports telecaster 

ESPN said Thursday it was eliminating somewhere in the range of 300 positions in light of unrest in the games world because of the Covid pandemic.

Pitaro told staff that ESPN had reached "an enunciation point" and that business-disapproved of choices should have been made.
