Body Bags Distributed Throughout Los Angeles Covid-19 Deaths


                 
The state ordered 5,000 additional body bags that are being distributed to Los Angeles, San Diego and Inyo counties. And dozens of 53-foot icebox storage units are currently on standby throughout the state, Newsom said in a livestreamed news briefing.

Healthcare workers are among the first to receive the vaccine. General Gustave Perna, who is in charge of the federal government's Operation Warp Speed, said vaccinations will originate in nursing homes this week. 

The pilot ran through the distribution of the initial 327,000 doses from Pfizer, 60% of which could be delivered on Tuesday. Newsom announced an additional 393,000 from Pfizer as timely as next week. The constitute number of doses delivered by the end of the year, could rise to 2.1 million, he aforesaid.

“This is a deadly disease, a deadly pandemic, and we’re in the middle of it,” Gov. Gavin Newsom said Tuesday. “We just had to order 5,000 additional substance bags — they just purchased for the state — and we just distributed them down to San Diego, Los Angeles and Inyo counties. That should be sobering.”

Nationwide, there were 3,019 new deaths tell on Tuesday. It is only the third era daily deaths have transcend 3,000 fatalities throughout the pandemic and all three have occurred in the last sevennight.
